Elgin Avenue Road Closure
The section of Elgin Avenue from the Government Administration Building to the Immigration Enforcement Division will be closed from 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, 30 October until 5:30 a.m. on Monday, 1 November.
There will be local access to Cricket Square and Humber Lane from the east (CNB roundabout). From the west, persons visiting Central Police Station and other nearby locations will have access from Hospital Road and the roundabout near to Royal Bank of Canada.
"A pedestrian and bicycle path will also be open at all times.
This closure is a safety measure as NRA Contractor McAlpine Ltd. installs a major underground electrical duct in front of the Immigration Department.
